Extended Hours Program
Parents may drop off campers as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick up as late as 5:30 p.m. Extended Hours can be for the AM, PM, or both. This program is for parents who work early or late on a consistent basis.

All campers receive a free t-shirt.
For consistency, we highly suggest three or four consecutive weeks in the first or second half of the season.
If you select less than 8 weeks, they do not have to be in consecutive order.
Payment Schedule
A deposit of $500.00 is required for each camper at the time of enrollment. Deposits are fully refundable if requested by March 1st. Final weeks must be selected by March 1st.
Equal monthly payments beginning October 1st and ending on May 1st.
There will be a 1.5% fee for all credit card transactions. Credit card fees are not refundable.
Discounts
- Sibling: A $200.00 discount off all 2nd & 3rd campers in each family.
- Self-Transportation: $40 per week per camper. Campers may be dropped off between 9:00 AM and 9:15 AM and must be picked up between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM.
- New Family: Each family that is new to Tall Pines receives a $200.00 discount as a way of saying, “Welcome to the Family.”
- Active Police, Fire & Military: A $200.00 discount.
- Refer a Camper: Over the years we have had so many camp families refer friends and family members. We appreciate all of your efforts and know that “word-of-mouth” is our best advertising. As a way of saying “thank you” we are offer a $200.00 for each family that you refer. This is how the program works:
- Willow Grove Alumni: Staff members & campers who attended Willow Grove Day Camp receive a $100.00 discount each year that they attend Tall Pines. Be prepared to share your stories or bring in your old photos.
